Mrs Bax is the class teacher, supported by Miss Allen and Mrs Osgood.

Our EYFS class has a maximum capacity of 15 children. 

The children lead their learning but are guided by the curriculum in order to make sure they are gaining the key skills needed to enter into Key Stage 1. Within the classroom, we have a book corner which motivates and provides a suitable environment for children to begin their reading journeys. We also have role play areas so there are always opportunities throughout the day to engage in drama and learn to communicate with one another. Our EYFS Zone also has a designated art area where the children can get messy, create beautiful art work and sculptures and experience design and technology techniques. 

We are also really proud of our EYFS outdoor area. Within this area, we have a reading shed, a role play area (which changes as the topics change) and we have building zones providing the children with great opportunities to explore and discover.
